Modern Slavery Policy

1. Introduction
FK Creative is committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. We recognise that modern slavery is a criminal offence that violates fundamental human rights. Our policy sets out our actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to our business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.

3. Our Commitment
FK Creative strictly prohibits the use of modern slavery or human trafficking in our organisation and supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to establishing effective systems and controls to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.

4. Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of all employees and those working on our behalf to read, understand, and comply with this policy. Managers at all levels have the responsibility for ensuring those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy and are given adequate and regular training on it and the issue of modern slavery in supply chains.

5. Supplier Adherence
FK Creative expects suppliers to hold similar core values. We require our suppliers and contractors to ensure their goods, materials, and labour-related supply chains fully comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any supplier, contractor, or third-party partner if issues of non-compliance with this policy are discovered and/or if there is no commitment to a corrective action plan.

6. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
We conduct regular risk assessments of our supply chain, particularly in sectors where modern slavery risk is higher. Due diligence is carried out when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly reviewed with existing suppliers.

7. Training and Awareness
We provide training to all our employees to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery in our supply chains and our business. We also require our business partners to provide training to their workers and suppliers, and providers.

8. Reporting Modern Slavery
Employees are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our business or supply chains at the earliest possible stage. If you suspect any instances of modern slavery, please contact your line manager immediately.

9. Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly and may be amended at any time to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with legal requirements and best practices.

Endorsement
This modern slavery policy has been approved and endorsed by the leadership at FK Creative.
